Walk-in Visits:  Carnegie Hall Lower level


Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 12 to 4 p.m.

ITS will have a staff member available until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday to provide support for evening summer classes and other events.

After Hours Phone Support: 24/7 support is available by calling 515-271-3001 and then following the directions on the recording.

After hours campus wide outages should be reported by calling extension 3001 and selecting option 2.


The Support Center provides assistance with passwords, general technology questions, solving software, computer and network related problems. Call or stop by the support center if you have any questions! We can be reached at 515-271-3001, and are in the lower level of Carnegie Hall (directly west of Old Main).
